Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

At KTV Creations, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our policy below to understand how returns and refunds are handled. Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received Items must be returned in their original packaging A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or made-to-order items. Sale or clearance items. Gift cards. Downloadable or digital products. Health, beauty, or personal care items. Any item that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Third-Party Fulfillment

Some KTV Creations products are produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners. Because of this:

  • Production begins shortly after an order is placed. Orders cannot be canceled once processing has started, Return eligibility may vary depending on the item type

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number\nPhotos of the damaged item and packaging

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email of approval or rejection\nApproved refunds will be processed to the original payment method\nRefunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or credit card provider

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund, please complete these steps before contacting us:

  1. Check your bank account again\nContact your credit card company — processing times vary\nContact your bank

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us with your order details.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a store credit for the value of the returned item

If the item was not marked as a gift:

  • A refund will be issued to the original purchaser

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs\nShipping fees are non-refundable\nIf a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items. KTV Creations is not responsible for lost return shipments.
