Refund & Returns Policy

Because many KTV Creations pieces are made to order, please review the policy below before purchasing.

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 10 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase may be required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: Made-to-order or custom pieces Limited-edition works once production has begun Sale items, Gift cards, Digital products, Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Print Variations

Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, and print materials. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact support@keonnathomasvision.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of: the item the packaging the shipping box

Refunds

To request a return, email support@keonnathomasvision.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting photos if needed. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please complete the following steps: Check your bank account again Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary Contact your bank If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, contact support@keonnathomasvision.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us with your order details.

Order Cancellations

Because many pieces are made to order, cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs\nShipping fees are non-refundable\nIf a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items. KTV Creations is not responsible for lost return shipments.
